Das ist mal eine ordentliche Portion Kalorien

Das Paket kam gut und sicher verpackt an. Der Riesenbeutel ist schon etwas umständliche aber ist bei der Menge wohl normal. Das Pulver löst sich zwar gut auf, aber bei der empfohlenen Menge muss man schon gut schütteln. Hier wäre ein Mixer bestimmt besser. Man muss ja auch nicht die angegebene Dosis nehmen - das sollte an das eigene Trainingsniveau angepasst sein. Ansonsten schmeckt er sehr lecker der Shake - mit Milch natürlich noch besser aber das ist jedem selbst überlassen. Klare Empfehlung

Viele Kalorien in kleiner Form

Unglaublich wie viele Kalorien mal schnell getrunken werden können. Für alle, die Masse zunehmen wollen, eine Möglichkeit. Geschmack ist nicht so gut. Es schmeckt sehr nach gemahlenen Haferflocken und ist süß. Schokoladengeschmack sehr künstlich. Mit Wasser eigentlich ungenießbar. Mehr ein Brei als ein Smoothie. Nachdem man eine Tagesportion am Abend getrunken hat, fühlt sich der Magen doch recht träge an. Kann man sich natürlich aufteilen. Aber Masse ist Macht. Letztendlich konnte ich mit Hilfe von dem Weightgainer an die 10 kg zunehmen. Das ganze über mehrere Monate. Natürlich sollte man auch noch was anderes essen als diesen Weightgainer. Das ist nämlich alles andere als ausgewogen. Aber es ist gut um schnell seinen Haushalt zu decken und noch mehr.
